Daddy Scott is my grandaddy. He is such a special man to me. He loves people lavishly, cares for others in generosity and believes and lives for the glory of God. He has the biggest heart of almost anyone I know. He played Clemson football in college and is in the hall of fame there...he will tell you ALL about it if you ask him. His passion is farming and he has done it all of his life. He was recently diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the lung. This isn't necessarily a fatal diagnosis, but if you combine it with his age, pulmonary fibrosis. Sjogren's disease, and SVT, it really affects his health and well being. He was diagnosed in December and he has been declining since. We are all still hopeful, but we can see the toll it is taking on his quality of life. He has been feeling very weak lately. He has to rest indoors alot, which is not his favorite thing to do. He hates being inside all day, but unfortunetly, this illness forces him to do that. I would just ask you to pray ...
"And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him." -Colossians 3:17
