Britt's Bachlorette

I totally stole this blog post from Ms. Kathryn Massengill. Check her out at  Love and Baked Spaghetti ! She is a great blogger and my camera would not operate the entire weekend. So, here is her blog featured on my blog to document the weekend for your reading pleasure!!! Thanks for the blog post Kathryn...sorry I basically copied every last sentence :) We celebrated Brittany in Tybee Island last weekend at her Bachelorette Party!  She's marrying Matt in just a few short weeks, and I know she enjoyed one last single weekend with all the girls. Here's the pretty bride on Sunday morning after a weekend full of fun. Her mom made her army man veil, and Lizann made us all these awesome t-shirts. Kathryn had a touch of gastroenteritis (I'll spare you the details) so  she spent lots of time sipping on Sprite and Gatorade. Ashley & I tried to take great care of her. What great doctors : )  Sike. We had lunch at Paula Deen's restaurant in Savannah on Sunday. ...

Around the House Shower for M & B

We had an Around the House shower for Matt & Brittany last weekend. It was a couples shower thrown with love by family and friends. It was a great thing because all of the Powdersville and Greenville peeps were able to attend and shower Matt and Britt with gifts and love. We had it at a cool spot in Powdersville/Easley called Taste of Distinction. They did all the catering for us and made a wonderful meal of BBQ! Matt and Britt got tons of wonderful gifts for different rooms in their future home. Everyone had fun and it turned out to be a wonderful shower. The only bad part of the entire thing was that Ryan was out of town, but we still had a fun time. Fall is just about the best season to decorate. The beautiful colors make for gorgeous arrangements. Ashley and I had seen some great ideas from Pinterest (if you aren't a member....you need to sign up...best website EVER). We thought it turned out pretty cute;) Mantel with pictures of Matt and Britt Cute engagement pic of th...

Ode To Fall

Fall is the season I love the most; that is why I am dedicating to fall this blog post. I love the weather, pumpkins and leaves; Plus candy corn is so great it will bring you to your knees. I love the fall colors and cool decor; Beautiful orange and red wreaths adorning front doors. Pumpkin spice lattes are every bit worth the price you pay, College football gives you tons of entertainment on Saturdays.  Lots of chances to see friends at your local fall fest; Another reason why fall is a step above the rest. You can go enjoy hunting with your lab or pointer; And, Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner! So many reasons that bring me joy about fall; That is why it is my favorite above all!!!
